What does the callout fee include?
The callout fee (from S$100) covers the technician traveling to your Singapore location, conducting an on-site inspection, diagnosing the cause of the problem, and explaining the required scope of repair. If you proceed with the quoted repair work, the callout fee is typically absorbed into the total agreed invoice.
Will the price change after work begins?
No hidden changes. All parts, labor, and access requirements are confirmed in writing before any disassembly or installation commences. In cases of concealed pipe leaks or hidden wiring faults inside false ceilings, any secondary discoveries are reported to you with options before taking further action.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and cash upon completion of testing and handover. An official itemized digital invoice/receipt is issued for warranty records and management records.
